Six programs, all of them open to newcomers. If you are not sure where to start, start in Fundamentals.

Gi class drilling technique

Fundamentals

The first six months, taught in a set curriculum. Positions, escapes, and how to fall safely.

No-gi wrestling round
No-gi

No-Gi & Wrestling

Shorts and rashguard. Takedowns, leg entanglements, and faster scrambles.

Kids class practicing
Ages 5–12

Kids Program

Split by age. Games, drilling, and one rule above all: take care of your partner.

Women's Class

Tuesdays and Saturdays, all levels, women only.

Competition Team

By invitation. Hard rounds, tournament prep, travel as a group.

Open Mat

Sunday mornings, free for members and visiting guests.

First questions

Do I need to be fit first?

No. You get in shape by training. Sit out any round you need to.

What do I wear?

Shorts without pockets and a t-shirt. We lend gis for your first month.

Will I get hurt?

Beginners drill before they spar, and tapping early is taught on day one.

Is there a contract?

No. Memberships are month to month and you can pause any time.
